The Superb is the latest of the new generation of Eley competition cartridges. The development team at Eley were given the guidelines to develop a extremely fast cartridge with relatively low recoil which would smash clays at long distance.
The resultant Eley Superb is all that and more. The use of a unique Maxam propellant and slower primer allow the barrel time to be regulated to achieve smooth yet powerful performance. Colour coded printing by shot size for ease of selection for the right targets.
With the added use of high antimony magnum shot this cartridge performs beyond expectations. Available in 28gm plastic wad loads this is the ultimate in sporting ammunition.
